
@Joseph, the only issue that comes to mind is that your computer USB port maybe looking for a USB2.0 device, while in reality the POS is USB1.1 . You may need to force the driver in the OS or in BIOS. If this fails, then find an electronic enginner who can insert a resistor on PIN5 of the PS2 plug so that the clocking signal is pulled down.
