There was a jua kali guy who used to fix them for my former employer, he's at the 1st basement at Soin Arcade, Westlands. But essentially I was more for the promotion of purchasing headphones for all staff who are involved with the use to avoid sharing and to promote responsibility. That way, one is able to take responsibility and possibly cost share in case of repairs, loss or damage. Though, you might have to amend company policy to cater for this.
