Philip, You actually have to pay for the call whether its diverted to the same network or another network. Sometimes when I dont wanna be reached or when am using my line for data, I divert my calls to a non-existent number, eg..0206776 and it works...safaricom will blame themselves..."Sorry, we are not able to complete your call at this moment, please try again later". Dont blame safaricom for everything, you are the people who blamed Kanu and moi for everythig that happened in life... Ever heard of call divert? It is a service that allows one to route calls to an alternative number in the occasion that either its not answered, unreachable or busy.
