This company is suffering from internal sabotage and inefficiencies which are historical like that of KBC. It is only in Telekom / Orange where at this time and age you report an issue like one I had on ISDN failure and it takes more than a month to resolve. This is while very much aware that there are other providers in the market and that one can switch to another one in a twinkle of a second. By the time the service resumed I had already taken another provider.
