[Skunkworks] Safaricom Business Support Annoyance

Is there anyone here using Safaricom WiMAX (or Fiber)? I'd like to know if you've ever managed to call 0722 002222 (Safaricom Business Support) and managed to find a techie to help you? It looks like the guys all sign off from 9pm. I have never managed to get them after this time many times.
