Trying to help a non-linux friend troubleshoot her machine in Nairobi. I'll be back by Thursday but she can't use her machine and I can't remote boot in.

She's on UB. 13 Latest update ran yesterday and she rebooted this morning to get updates set in. As she tried to log back in, her password won't let her boot in.

Tried resetting password via recovery but got nada.
