@Barrack, thank you for sharing the IGF resource and discussion. I shall be following online, and I'd like to list some questions:

- The first question that does come up is electronic registration of .KE domains from a user view. Is this a system that has been implemented into the core of KENIC so that any domain registrars can use the facility or has the process been left to private companies to create and offer, thus creating an un-competitive environment. I believe such a core system should provide universal access to any kenyan domain registrars and hope there is something in the pipeline and funds too, if not already in place. Hope this is something we hear more about.

- The second question is not directly related but part of cloud computing. Has the govt now made it mandatory for companies to store electronic records at location beyond their business premises, a planning against fire and theft?

- The third question is that of BroadBand. Especially for ISPs as the market share has been dropping, is the govt going to make any concessions for ISP groups to purchase 4g/LTE licenses to compete with Telcos? Since the Unified licensing model allows Telcos to offer services on Wimax or other Open bands--which does not require expensive licenses. Will change of govt make Kenya a unique 4g/lte scenario?

Rgds.
