Thanks for the advice. Below is why I don't use Equity-Paypal

I tried with no success to link my Paypal to my Equity bank account whose branch happens to be Nakuru. I am 300KM away from Nakuru. I visited  nearest Equity branch and they told me I needed to update my bank account with my email. I thought that should be easy until they told me I have to go to Nakuru in person and that even the head office in NBO (which is nearer to my current location) can't update my account.

Travelling to Nakuru just to update my account sounds ridiculous in today's world of branchless banking. I don't use PayPal that frequently so I won't take the trouble to travel 600KM to update my account and while at it make Equity bank richer (commissions) out of it's incompetence.

Cheers,
S

Steve,
Consult Equity Bank, they are PayPal partners.

Charles (cc'd here), can sort you out too.
