By average user, i mean someone who has previously used Xperia X 10 and likes android, feels like he wants to match the sibling without buying the SGS3.
<br>HTC feels nice but it&#39;s a geek&#39;s device, i dont know about customer service on the phone locally, just incase anything happens. iphone price is abit prohibitive.
