Its a signatory underline so I want it down the letter where you say &quot;Regards,&quot;<br>but its ommited on the print out.....<br><br>Philip, I just connected back my xp pc and it prints properly but when i plug in back my Dell with Win7.. problem lies here.. i run xp drivers since the printer couldn&#39;t install itself when i plug it it. so i unplugged it run xp drivers and plugged it back and it installed successfully bt doesn&#39;t print lines. So u might be right...<br>

Not really,..no. Printing is all fine but lines are not printing...if i draw a line it wont print...but if i underline text the underline line prints...<div><div></div><div><br></div></div></blockquote></div><div><br>

<br>This line will not appear on the hard copy ...ive tried playing around with page settings , printer settings and nothing works so i just revert there previous setting.<br><br>Anyone knows a subsequent solution for this ?<br>
