And I will talk to Paypal, to ask them to allow people to send money from abroad to my mPESA Visa and MasterCard cards. And will take a cut of the proceeds.

Then I will talk to KRA, and organizations will be required to pay all taxes with mPESA, and so will be payments to HELB. And all money for the new counties to be created will be disbursed through county mPESA account same with all money for free primary and secondary school education.

And I will be big. And everyone will be happy.
