In general, domain registration and hosting should not be from the same provider. I personally think Gandi and Namecheap are the best for non .ke domain registration, that Webfaction is best for shared hosting and that Amazon Web Services, Digital Ocean, or Linode are best for situations where you need more power, security, and control. Ideally though, you don't even need a host at all.
