Being a Wikipedian, am glad would like to have the Wikipedia DVDs to share freely in free knowledge.

 If you have high-speed internet I would advice you to download the copy from 

http://kiwix.org/index.php/Main_Page

and the reader (called Kiwix) that you will need to read this format of file is also on the site.

Nonetheless, If you are around NBO I can organise how I can hook you up with the DVD as I will be in town this coming Saturday where I shall be meeting some other Wikipedians.
