KIXP is up. However KENIC have an outage on their link to KIXP - hence the reachability via external peering point.
Have found out the issue is broken IPv6.
o www.kenic.or.ke returns both both A and AAAA o KENIC IPv6 is not reachable on the net at the moment o Am on a Dual-stacked network so it defaults to v6 (AAAA) o times out.
Spoke to KENIC folks and they will fix the issues.
