Its much appreciated.<br><br>Wambugu,  I want to thank you for your support of FOSS at KRA and I think of you as a good FOSS ambassador in Government. However, and for the benefit of this list, can you please inform us if you guys sorted out the browser issue where one of your online apps could only be used on Explorer? What am I supposed to do if my organization runs any of the other tens of OSes withouth explorer? That is a hindrance to the freedom of information as well as lack of proper IT Governance.<br>

Thanks Nick for offering to assist us online on issues regarding the KRA online services. I was able to get the right kind of assistance from the staff there, who were willing to take me ste by step in &#39;unravelling&#39; the mystery behind the error messages while using the online services.<br>

<br>However, I need to know how to get a VAT certificate on line for a company already registered. The status of my Company hasd no VAT certificate which I need in order to engage in the business without any hindrances.<br>
