[Skunkworks] Wifi Hotspot hardware and software

Hello skunks, I need to create an internet hotspot through wifi, i want also to be able to do user management , kind of like the way wazi wifi does it but without the billing stuff. What hardware can you recommend, i need something that can cover a good range, like a whole office block., with good strength.And can support many connections at once. what software can you recommend, something where a user is allowed to connect but is redirected to the login page where they have to enter their credentials. Preferably it should also support QOS management so bandwidth can be managed for each user. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Cheers, Pauline
