Let me see if I get this straight. Some people here think that charging millions is what will make them look like they offer quality products and value for money?
IMOP am not justifying the 200m .
Imelda vs Nokia
for a simple job like;
an Ivoice response and may be an auto answering machine a bible and quran,with DVD /TV remote control application.
Imeldas company can get the job done by even 1/4 of 2m for obvius reasons
1.Imelda is not a multinational
2.she is hardly known
3.I dont expect her to gain much from the application iin terms of quick returns
Nokia
1.for evry 3 phones 2 are nokia
so if we have around 20 million phones in kenya 14.5 or so are nokia..
which means they got enough what is a dream to imelda is pocket change for nokia
if i charge them a lower or what many call reasonable they aoutomatically disqualify me as joker and having substardard applications.
so the problem is NOKIA subcontracting direct, have a diffrent firm to do the contracts with that in kenya you will av all you want at so called reasonable price.
mpesa mmmmmmhh wish I invented it ,knowing what i know would have sold it at 1.99....billion.
wonder if safcom having what they av now could call it crazy
