[Skunkworks] fake licenses to land u in jail

Kenyan Windows pirators have 29 days to legitimize their windows software or phase 800,000 kshs fines and /or jail time. i think this is a great opportunity for open source vendors to spread the gospel of free operating systems. Kshs 800,000 even drug dealers don't get such fines :(
