Its about how tech companies in KE are destined to fail, simply because of their revenue model. @Peter, I suppose this is not a problem unique to KE, how have others solved it? 1. Hire great guys and to pay them well, got to charge clients a lot.
The
client sees it easier to engage the person directly and short circuit you.
2. Charge low and u will not retain them.
So in both situations you loose!
