Hi Techi, Do you think this is any different than "Avaya Flare<http://www.avaya.com/usa/topics/unified-communications/>" theory? I already have Avaya Aura Communications Manager so Avaya Flare would just be a tablet I need to buy, but whether it is the Flare or the Cisco UMC, the one thing that I need to address is the "roaming" costs, which both don't have a clear cut way of addressing unless I am missing something obvious.
