It sounds as if you'd not offer the dude a job even if you knew his strengths.... But what if he had something compelling?

@Ben I dont know abt u or what the other listers feel but I did not like the way he finished the request "No Charities please".
My take here is that in this list are potential employers, hence what is posted here in job seekin shud be more like a cover letter. Thats why you went ahead to ask the guys what he is good @. That being the case the above statement didn'y go well on his cover letter to me and I dont know how many others. You dont want sm1 in your systems who you ask to confirm a client connection but he says his work in wwriting code, you purely understand that.
The others are welcome to raise their voices including Njuguna here but thats what I feel as a potential employer or someone who can reffer to someone.
