[Skunkworks] have a few precious spare secs to test LIVE Customer support?

finally success! I can breathe now.... www.chekelea.com/support and click on LIVE CHAT. pls keep test to a maximum of 10 seconds as I'm the only test operator on it, and if chat queues build up it will route your request to a ticket page. will be online until 530pm. I've to hand over on tue, so will setup staff area test for monday ( to confirm ). FYI : this is not marketing or anything else, just concept tools used to improve on what can be done which I sincerely hope will allow others to improve on service delivery. :-) Rgds.
