[Skunkworks] Dialup Services from ISPs

Hello list, Are there people who still use the Dialup services in Kenya? I mean those who plug in a telephone line (from TKL or it's successors) and does a dialup to some ISP? I am thinking that with the advent of 3G/WCDMA the dialup service was rendered obsolete.
