@ Steve: I'll politely disagree with you there... I've configured B.G.P. transits where /20s & /21s are being received from ISPs who want their IPs to transit over a partner's network... (Tricky stuff though!)
Moot point.....what's longer, a /24 or a /21? What you've described is fairly routine but I'm yet to see any provider who'll announce anything longer than /24.
Anyway, Job still needs to answer some fundamental questions regarding his setup, before we can chime in with workable solutions. Like Brian mentioned before.
