@Garr, many years ago when I really really *really* wanted to be a programmer at KRA, I did a lot of research on their systems, and my research indicated that, at that time, the system they had was acquired from Chile, and was undergoing heavy customization by them. So, I think all kudos/blames should go primarily to their dev team :-) But given that my research didn't even get me an interview, then it might have been way off the mark.
