The fault has been located 3.5 km from Alexandria. All the traffic didn’t switch over to Route-1 due to a suspected equipment issue. The equipment issue has been escalated to their vendor. The ETR to resolve the fiber cut is 3 and a half hours from now. We deeply regret the inconvenience this may be causing you and ask you to bear with us as we work to resolve.
