Manager and the Regional IT Lead, the major role of the incumbent will be to take accountability for delivering IT services to the business units in the country, achieve customer satisfaction through IT and provide leadership to the country IT teams.**** ** ** *Key Accountabilities:* · Define the country’s IT strategy and its implementation according to the company’s global IT strategy.**** · Contribute to the business’ direction and strategies through effective management of IT services and solutions to ensure product and service quality.**** · Attendance and contribution at Business Management meetings while establishing regular reviews with team leads to ensure full transparency of IT efforts and costs.**** · Manage the IT budget and ensure activities are aligned with the goals and priorities of the business unit.**** · Ensure effective delivery of quality IT projects on time and within budget.**** · Manage the run of local applications in support of business needs and ensure support to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.**** · Provide effective IT support to business development function and ensure value add contribution and accuracy of information and IT project delivery, customer account management, budget management and staff management**** · Good understanding of IT support, design, delivery methodologies, feasibility and management solutions in
