Anyone on the list with access to Airtel's billing department!
These guys have been over billed my account in July last year, and have refused to refund!!!
I call practically every week to get my refund to no avail. for the last 6 Months, all I get is some silly token numbers from clueless customer care reps! "Oh the matter is with the billing deaprtment..." so what??
Today they just sent another over billed invoice and are so quick to disconnect the line for going above my credit limit and yet it is them who owe me!
They wont even let you terminate the contract asap -- "Ohh it will take two months!" WTF
why should it take this long to terminate the contract and yet it took minutes to connect!
As a principle, I will never stop asking for this refund. Wacheni uwizi wa mchana.
Airtel if you are reading this here is the account number: 1.37475096 deal with it or allow me to Vuka without stupid pre-conditions. Two months to terminate a contract! WTF!
