Anyway, I've finally gotten the specs, incase you are ever in need of info on the following, contact me offlist :
 
- Torque settings for all the bolts/nuts engine overhaul from cyclinder head to flywheel flange
- Valve Clearences
- Injection Pump timing
- Thermostat installtion alignment
- Piston Rings tolerances
- Main and Con bearings sizes and clearences
- Crankshaft sizes
- Cyclinder Bore sizes
