
Am kinda thinking that what you are aiming at is to do profiling. As much as you are gonna use probability, its more of profiling. Its easy to conclude that certain cars are driven by drivers who behave in similar manner. Example miraa vans (mainly Hilax), probox/succeed are all known on how they r driven by most of their drivers. When you look at matatus, again you can narrow to haice, caravans, mini-buses, buses. Probability would work where, accidents are caused by technical failures by the car and that car is well maintained and serviced. My half a cent!
