Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: bill@kplc.co.ke ....it was rejected by the recipient domain. So how are we expected to check electricity balances. SMS to 5551 takes eons, now this plus all the power bill fuel charge ripoff. AND who has the time to queue for bills? Surely KLPC!
