We can structure it this way: * Say we have 500 members and each person contributes 200 bob/month ~ 100, 000 KES. * If you have a need legal assistance; for a non payment complaint or want some help setting up a business, you pay a small fee (~ 1000k to prevent abuse of the system) and the rest is covered by the common pool. * To prevent new/transient members from abusing the system, set up a minimum initiation period (~ 6 months) after joining where you either pay a higher fee or have restricted access to the system. * We can also provide advisory services to members. For example, a client black list to prevent future abuse.
