nope, frustrated as ever, i have an old machine (HP XW6000 workstation, ubuntu reads 4Cpus yet i suspect its two, graphics card is ish ish (had to login to safe graphics mode), sound is fine, resolution stuck at the default and still on tvtime i see video on video source= television, and hear audio on video source= composite1, composite2 and svideo...
dmesg prints out soo much gibberish im even scared of pasting it here.
