Joe, I think and believe we are the smartest of all industries so the worst you could do was to create a bug and when they call you back to fix it, then you demand a new contract. Well this story is so real and so kenyan.... Guys I guess we should all know how to protect ourselves not so much from other business owners but those who seemingly seem to fight for rights (this was a firm that deals with 'human rights of soughts').
