True, the Livebox thing is pretty faster compared to Zuku, I also know its pretty uniform in terms of coverage than Zuku. Support from Telkom is horrible but its a DIY gadget so I haven't heard issues with our good number of SME's running it.

When you are in support, last mile support, somehow the customers troubles become your troubles, too. Zuku doesnt even listen to your troubles, kinda KDN (sigh).

They connect and disappear never to be seen again.

When Recommending ISP, I always begin with Sfc and AK, then Swift N Telkom depending on location, size and budget.Sfc is always there when clients need them. Same to Access Kenya & Swift Global (faster speeds than AK's).
