Ok. Changing the AV is not an option now :-)

Does these responses mean you guys have perhaps seen the phenomena but failed to find a way to fix it, hence decided to run away from the problem?
I failed to mention that I suspect network problems and the network involved is Access Kenya, as I have only seen this phenomena in two locations connected to Access Kenya.
Other places, the phenomena does not manifest itself.
Is someone else bold enough to confirm this before I start talking to AK and being seen as some clueless folk?
