An international non-profit public health company creating mobile phone software to help public health workers in developing countries is seeking to recruit the following:

Requirements:
All applicants must be able to code fluently in Object Oriented Languages. In your application, you will be asked to comment on your years of experience with each of the technologies listed in Red (below)

Job #1: Lead Java software developer

- Provide technical management to junior developers
-
Be an independent software contributor, to our Java codebase.
- Must have at least 5 years of software development and testing experience. Must have managed junior developers in the past.
- Receive mentorship/training from senior developers.
- Skills Needed: Frontend and Backend Java-based Web development (J2SE, Eclipse, MySQL), XML, JavaRosa, J2ME, Struts, Spring, AJAX, JavaScript, JUNIT, Service Oriented Architectures

Job #2: Junior Java software developer.
- A junior developer, and be an independent software contributor, to our Java codebase.
- Must have at least 1 year of software development and testing experience.
- Receive mentorship/training from senior developers.
- Skills Needed: Frontend and Backend Java-based Web development (J2SE, Eclipse, MySQL), XML, JavaRosa, J2ME, Struts, Spring, AJAX, JavaScript, JUNIT, Service Oriented Architectures

Job #3: Flex software developer.
- A junior developer, and be an independent software contributor, to our Flex codebase.
- Must have at least 1 year of software development and testing experience.
- Receive mentorship/training from senior developers.
- Skills Needed: Custom component development, writing item renderers, the Flex charting framework, working with webservices, localization with resource bundles, E4X, Cairngorm
