Fees for Paypal are like so When you pay for something you buy on paypal, the buyer is not charged, the seller is charged about 1.9% to 2.9% of the total plus $0.30 depending on the account If you are transfering money to/from a bank account or from one personal paypal account to another they dont charge anything unless its to a different country then they charge the recipient 1%. If there is a currency change they charge an additional 2.5%.
