USSD application is just an app like any other web app that's why @amanya is asking for more details like the environment and what is required (e.g VPN connection to operator and which operators) otherwise its just a vague statement. By that same logic, if you host at KDN, they probably have links into airtel. and a few others. I unicast some numbers to the original guy.
