You can host the asterisk PBX yourself, with a E1 line. Though this will be heavily dependent on your internet/WAN connections.
MTN is an option based on TELES class4 and class5 softswitches.
I think first you have to assess these
1. Budget
2. Internet connection reliability
3. ROI
4. Support
Then decide on what solution to go for.
You can also chose for a mix of the technologies depending on geography, that's what I would do.
