Guys i dont see a problem with what Safaricom is doing since ther are not a charity, you are not being forced to take the loan, what i can see are Consumer perspectives.I am sure lot of research was done to arrive at the kind of economic model they are using, in any case i find the solution to be innovative and usefull based on my nature of work.
