Microsoft might be hard to understand at this point, Asha and Series 40 might not make much sense for Microsoft, even with it being the biggest revenue source for Nokia brand. What I do not get is the fact that Elop mentioned that Nokia X will work to get the next billion Microsoft services users http://www.techweez.com/2014/04/28/nokia-x-to-connect-a-billion-to-microsoft-services/ , something  that seems to have just got forgotten.
