I hope that there's no VAT and also some incentive from govt to the development of local software. If such has not been implemented so far, this would probably be another reason why things have to change at Min of Info, KICTB and that structure in 2012 or 2016 and we have to demand it. We should also be asking for incentives like tax breaks or less taxes so that those amounts can be re-invested back into businesses for R & D.
