You need to look at the cisco academy curriculum for ccna to understand ccna 3, also look at the date and yes I can actually throw in more stories like this, also yes knowing people, luck, serendipity cannot be ignored, but you absolutely have to know how to use them to take advantage.....so yes know the right people, be at the right place is also a lesson....
