Why you want to spend that much is what beats me. Kwani your colleague lives in the "preferred Safaricom data belt"? I hear there is something like that running from a section of Westlands towards Runda or something, where safaricom tested their 41Mbps infrastructure as well.
I had this modem for quite sometime until it gave up late last year, but I never got to do the 21Mpbs at all as safaricom did not avail this all over Kenia :-)
Is there a modem model known as 21mbps?
