Its not about time &amp; money. Its about ....gears that should run like clock work.<br>You see a country like dot KE is made up of gears. <br><br>The transport gear<br> - Is not yet capable of delivering the countries work force to their productivity stations economically and on time say like chinese maglev or jap bullet train would.<br>

<br>The power gear<br>- Is charging us for blackouts and surges - again, expensively compared to our income. Hell its theoretically possible to go one month without power and you will be billed. <br>Jokes aside this raises the cost of production and R&amp;D<br>

<br>The Education Gear<br>- Is trying its best to cope. lecturers have to supplement their income and focus less on the subject at hand -&gt;R&amp;D in universities. The Nyayo Pioneer was a product of the UoN in the 80&#39;s.....man those were the days<br>

<br>The Political Gear<br>-Is currently trying to save it&#39;s hide from the Italian. In any case it just doesn&#39;t care...<br><br>And the list goes on and on and on and........................<br>
