That actually is a spoof of George Bush, Apple is just a prop in the skit. MadTV makes fun of everyone, I'm surprised someone at Apple marketing didn't do their homework (or was so confident their product would blow everyone's mind that no one would notice). iTampon was a trending topic on twitter for a while.
