Do we have standards for these implementations? What do we test against when we are testing? What are our test cases? Do we have any quality assurance done and by who? If we can&#39;t answer these questions then chances are high we don&#39;t have a reliable system. We just have a program which can accept an input, do some processing (whatever it is) and give an output (no matter what it is). A system is more than that!<br>
