DSTV through Naspers already has something with Mweb, some of its developments went into using the same decoder , dish while outgoing was via adsl etc. With Mweb purchasing Afsat Africa ( and capacity on Panamsat ). Somehow the decoder was the the let down, they tried something similar to hughes that did this setup many years ago, I think now to become a reality soon.
