payscale.com apparently has a lot of data on kenyans too, you will be surprised if you signed up and compared your salary to your peers! ./Ok3ch On Tue, Mar 6, 2012 at 11:40 AM, Josh Handley <josh@bridgeinternationalacademies.com> wrote:
It would be great to have average salary info for various IT positions be publicly available. Someone should run a survey and set up a website (salary.com but for Kenya). Businesses hiring in IT would definitely pay for the data. Would also benefit the overall sector to have this info be transparent to both employers and job seekers.
